Important Features of our Rebars :
- MAJAN STEEL BARS are made directly from pure Steel Billets.
- Steel Billets have been taken from the standard manufacturers. Billets are issued for Rebar production only after certification by the QC Department.
- Controlled Chemistry of the Billets and supervision of the Rolling Process by the expert Engineers help us to get the consistent quality for our Rebars.
- The controlled Thermo Mechanical Treatment provides the bars an optimum combination of High Strength and Ductility.
- Computerized Numeric Controlled ( CNC ) Rib Cutting Machines are used to make the uniform and adequate Transverse Ribs on the Rebars. This ensures better Bonding of steel with concrete which enhances the strength of construction.
- Good results in Bend and Re-bend test and hence suitable for Bending works.
- Low Carbon Content and restricted Carbon Equivalent (CE) Value helps to get superior weldability.
- High Thermal and Corrosion resistance.
- Earthquake Resistance is ensured by maintaining the stress ratio ( UTS /YS ) above the required level as per the BS Standards.
- Quality parameters like Sectional Weight, Tensile Strength, Stress Ratio, Elongation etc are verified regularly during the production process. Computerized Universal Testing Machines ( 40 KN and 100 KN Capacity ) are used for the strength testing. All the laboratory documents are maintained in a traceable manner. Test Certificates are issued upon request.
